just_another: (idiots redux)

It's far from the dirtiest thing Spencer has ever said to him, but that never matters, not when it comes to the two of them. Anything Spencer said to him at this point would be enough to undo him, but the fact that he's said these things, the fact that he's already made plans, ones Joel would very much like to see to fruition right now instead of later is enough to send little tremors of pleasure through him. He knows they can't, he knows they're bound to be caught and his mother is one most likely to come looking for them, and that's simply a risk he's just not willing to take, but that doesn't make him want it any less. It doesn't stop his cock from getting hard almost instantly, the sort of physical response he knows for a fact has only ever been so instantaneous with Spencer. Even as a teenager it hadn't been this easy to get him hard and he groans low in his throat, rolling his eyes dramatically as he reaches around Spencer to set his glass down on the desk. He's never been good with words, not in the way Spencer always is, but if there's one thing Joel knows how to do, it's return what Spencer has just said to him without having to actually say anything.

One arm goes around Spencer's waist without warning, the fingers of the other hand are buried in his hair, and Joel drags their bodies together, pressing his hips forward at the same time so that Spencer is pinned between the desk and his body. He's kissing him hard and deep, rolling his hips at the same time, making sure Spencer can feel how hard he is, how quickly that happened. This is the memory he wants Spencer to leave the library with, the knowledge that with just a few words, he'd gotten Joel so excited he can barely contain himself. That with just a look and a smile, he's gotten Joel hard enough that he actually kind of aches a little and is going to need to take a few minutes to calm down before he can go back out and join the rest of the party. He feels a little daring even doing this much in the library when anyone could walk in at any moment, but he needs Spencer to know exactly what he's done and exactly what he's going to be expecting once this party is over. For the rest of the day, it's going to be the only thing he's thinking about, being bent over this desk by his husband, and a low groan shivers through Joel before he breaks the kiss.

They're both breathing heavily already and he grins, a brief twitch of his lips. It's all a promise of what's to come. Not just Spencer's words, but the kiss, the way he has Spencer pinned against the desk, the smile that just barely blooms before it disappears and he's just searching Spencer's face. Not even looking for a response because he knows what the answer will be. They aren't asking each other because they don't have to. Because there's never going to be a day when Spencer touches Joel that he doesn't react to it. There will never come a day when he feels Spencer's mouth moving under his and not be drawn in within moments. They're meant for each other, they work together, and he isn't sitting here waiting for Spencer to tell him it's okay because they've told each other so many times in so many different ways that Joel knows if it wasn't okay, he'd feel it. They don't need words for that. It's a silly, romantic notion maybe, but he's sure all the same that they're beyond words when it comes to most things. Spencer can cut him a glance from across the room and Joel knows exactly what he needs. He doesn't need to have a psychic connection to him for that.

And it's only when he hears a burst of laughter from the party that Joel realizes he hasn't actually said a word and he does grin then, a different smile than the one he'd just been giving Spencer. The last smile had been a promise, a silent agreement, even a request that yes, he do everything to Joel that he's just laid out. This one is different, amused and even slightly embarrassed and although they haven't been caught yet and he still can't seem to bring himself to step back from Spencer. Their bodies are still pressed tight against one another and although there are still layers of clothes between them, Joel feels as close to him as he ever does. This man is quite simply the best person he's ever known and for some reason he's decided to spend his life with Joel. All Joel can do in return is hope he lives up to his expectations.

He would do absolutely anything in the world to make sure he never disappoints Spencer.

"Later," he says. Just one word. It's as much a promise as the smile had been and then he leans in once more, kissing Spencer deeply. His fingers are still wound in his hair and while he doesn't tug or use it to guide Spencer, he does love holding onto him in such a way. He would go anywhere Spencer asked him, do anything he requested, he'll never have the slightest semblance of control, but he loves so much to know Spencer will never take advantage of that. He has to know the lengths Joel is willing to go for him, he has to understand the depths of feeling Joel has, but he'll also never use that. He'll just love Joel in return and that's part of why Joel is so willing to do anything Spencer asks.
